Post-Holidays Post!

So it's New Year's Eve, that means that the holidays are officially over and so is 2008! Christmas was wonderful this year, we had a great time and Kari-Lynn got tons of new toys. She probably felt like the luckiest little girl ever! My only Gripe about the holidays this year is that Rob was not home for them this year, it's hard to celebrate when we can't have him with us!

On Christmas eve, I went at my first attempt to Curl Kari-Lynn's hair...it looked fantastic, but it wasn't long before the curls fell right out!


On Christmas morning, the first thing Kari-Lynn saw was the baby doll stroller that Santa had brought for her! She was so excited! She also got a Princess Tent, Dress up clothes, A barbie, tons of baby dolls and baby doll accessories, tons of clothes, a big blue ball for the backyard, a barbie bike, a princess Tea Set, and two Dora the explorer dolls! She also had a great time hanging out with her Auntie Kari and Uncle James all day, who she doesn't get to see very often!


Having said all of that, I'd like to wish everyone a very happy and safe new year! I can't wait to find out what 2009 holds for us!
